A water feature or pond is a staple point in many Norwest Landscapes. A properly designed water feature or pond can mimic the beauty and sound found in the many streams and creeks in Oregon and Washington. A well designed water feature can ease your senses after a stressful day. It's not only the beauty of the feature as a whole, or the peaceful sound the water makes as it tumbles its way to the pond, but you will find as you enjoy your water feature that it attracts nature. Birds, dragonflies, an occasional frog and other guests of nature will frequent your feature. You will find yourself frequenting your water feature as well to enjoy its many therapeutic benefits.

A word of caution however, water features and ponds that have a poor design or are being installed by someone that doesn't understand how to create a natural looking waterfeature can look extremely unnatural and actually detract from the beauty of your home and your landscape.
