Scope of Work: Install Patio Extension, Install Paver Patio, Install Wood Patio Cover, Cedar Finish on Patio Cover, Tongue and Groove Cedar Ceiling, Install Water Feature, Install Paver Pathway, Irrigation Installation, Irrigation Retrofit, Install New Lawn (sod), Build New Cedar Fence.

On this project the client wanted and needed a new patio. She did not like the idea of putting in a new wood deck, so she chose to install a Paver Patio.

She also needed a cover for the patio. She loves to be outside but needed to be out of the sun. She chose to have us build a new wood patio cover. This patio cover was built into the rafters of the home and re-roofed making the cover water tight. The beautiful finish on the cover is Cedar. We wrapped the post, and installed tongue and groove on her ceiling.
