This project was a new construction landscape:

We first needed to remove all the construction debris out of the landscape area.

We then proceeded with the irrigation system, hardscape of property, adding of retaining walls, installation of wood fences, regrading of property. This was all done in March so we had a lot of rain and mud to deal with.

After the major construction was complete, it was time to add plants. We used Bamboo on this site with proper Bamboo barrier. We also used selected plants such as Nandina, Japanese Pieris, Rhododendron, and other northwest favorites. Then it was time for the new sod, and the finishing touch was new Dark Hemlock Bark Dust.
