Step #1 Removal of old lawn.
Step #2 Excavate and removal of unwanted soil or clay
Step #3 Amend soil using a cultivator or roto-tiller, with very high quality three way soil blend.
Step #4 Grade amended soil leaving room for top layer of strictly three way soil blend.
Step #5 Install top layer of three way soil blend
Step #6 Final grading and rolling of soil
Step #7 Install sod
